The LG855T‑E is Longgong’s new‑generation 5‑ton class pure‑electric wheel loader with zero‑emission and low‑noise performance. It is widely applied in mines, aggregate yards, steel plants, ports and construction sites for heavy‑duty operations. Rated load capacity reaches 5800 kg with a standard 3.2 m³ bucket. Three lithium‑iron‑phosphate battery options (282 kWh / 350 kWh / 423 kWh) support fast charging for full‑day continuous work.
Adopting dual‑motor drive for powerful output and low noise. Equipped with Longgong self‑developed ECU and BMS battery management system to optimize power matching and protect battery service life. It features Longgong electronically controlled fixed‑shaft transmission and reinforced electric‑drive axle (wet‑type axle optional) for high torque and reliable heavy‑load performance. The heavy‑duty articulated frame is FEA‑optimized and robot‑welded for outstanding structural strength. Standard full‑hydraulic four‑wheel brakes ensure short braking distance and high‑safety operation.
Ergonomic cabin with suspended air‑suspension seat, single‑lever pilot control, LCD dashboard and rear‑view camera, plus heating‑cooling air‑conditioning for comfortable long‑shift operation.
